When does the program start?
If you’re postpartum at the time of purchase, the program starts on the start date you select when you purchase. If you’re pregnant at the time of purchase, simply email dr.marisa@reformdpt.com after you deliver with your preferred start date.

When does program registration open?
Registration will open on the first of every other month. Upcoming registration will be in May, July, and September. Get on the waitlist to be notified when registration is open.

I'm pregnant now. Can I sign up for the program?
Yes! Purchase the program now to lock it in, then you'll email me with your preferred start date after you deliver. I'll get you all set up for your start date and you'll receive an app notification when it's time to begin on day 1.

How do I know if I'm ready to start the program?
The first few weeks of this program consist of gentle abdominal exercises which are appropriate to begin within a few days after an uncomplicated pregnancy and vaginal birth. If you don't feel up to it just yet, begin when you feel ready. If you had a cesarean birth or any complications, consult with your OB-GYN with any concerns and consider waiting 1-2 weeks to begin (or until you feel ready).

How many workouts are included in the program per week? How can I fit these workouts into my schedule?
Each week includes (3) 20-30 minute strength workouts and (2) 5-minute mobility flows. While the mobility flows aren't an essential component to the 8-week workout progression, they are strongly encouraged for injury prevention and full body recovery. You can rearrange your workouts to different days to make up missed workouts if necessary.

How do I access the program and workouts?
The program, including the workouts, education, and message access to me, is all provided to you through an app. On the app, you can log when you completed a workout, send feedback, and message me with questions you may have.

What equipment do I need for the program?
The workouts can be performed at home or in a gym! They require minimal equipment, only a small exercise ball (which can be subbed with a pillow) and a light resistance band. I will provide you with direct links to my recommendations from Amazon (less than $20 total for both).

What if I start the program, but then find that I need one-to-one care?
This program includes message access to me, a pelvic floor physical therapist and postpartum coach, any time and anywhere. You can work through the program as tolerated and if anything at all doesn't feel right, message me on the app and we'll come up with a game plan right away.

Are refunds available if I change my mind?
Refunds are not available to ensure that signing up for this program is an investment in and commitment to yourself. If you need your program to be paused, email your request to dr.marisa@reformdpt.com and it will be reviewed.
