our pregnancy program
Pregnancy is a transformative time, but too often, it comes with uncertainty, discomfort, and an overwhelm of conflicting advice. Women struggle with pain, avoid exercise because they’re unsure of what’s safe, and feel uneducated about labor and birth.
Our comprehensive Pregnancy Program offers specialized care to guide and support you from as early as your first trimester to birth. It is built on three key pillars: strength and mobility, therapeutic bodywork, and labor and birth prep.
Whether you’re experiencing pain or seeking support for preventative care, you deserve to feel comfortable, strong, and resilient in your pregnancy.
“I began seeing her in my second trimester of pregnancy… with the intention to address some physical pain and tightness I was experiencing, labor prep and to minimize potential postpartum discomfort… Her support, knowledge, warmth and expertise have been invaluable. I feel so much more prepared as a first time mom and ahead of the game thanks to her services. Every woman deserves to experience this level of care.”

OUR APPROACH
We believe in a holistic, whole-body approach to pelvic floor physical therapy, including bodywork, exercise, and education, to help you achieve lasting relief from your symptoms of pain, leaking, or other pelvic health concerns. We prioritize one-on-one sessions with a pelvic health expert in an environment that is fun and relaxing, ensuring you feel cared for and informed throughout your treatment. Pelvic floor dysfunction is often normalized due to a lack of education on the distinction between what is common and what is normal. Women are suffering in silence with symptoms of pelvic pain and incontinence. By having taboo conversations and prioritizing your well-being in your care, we create a space for you to feel supported, validated, and heard.
Reform Physical Therapy is rooted in our strides to transform traditional physical therapy and provide specialized, meaningful care while guiding women to symptom relief and a better, stronger version of themselves.
